2nd Dose of H1N1 Flu Vaccine Clinic for Bossier Schools

            Students who were 9 years or younger at the time they received the H1N1 (Swine Flu) Influenza Vaccine during the clinic hosted by Bossier Schools December 14-17th must have a 2nd dose to complete the vaccination process. This will be offered January 25-27th during school by the Department of Health/Office of Public Health. A second consent form must be signed and returned to school for student to receive this 2nd dose of the H1N1 Flu Vaccine. Consent forms will be sent home with each child to their parent/guardian on Monday, January 19th. Please return the (blue copy) consent form by Thursday, January 21st.
